We are in receipt of your letter dated 19.11.93 requesting financial help for your newspaper “Adibasi Sambad.”
We regret that in compliance with our commitments to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, we cannot directly fund or publish newspapers.
However, if you are interested, we could organize workshops on journalism for Adivasi boys and girls. Kindly let us have your views on this. We will work out a detailed plan as and when we hear from you.
